Dotmart is a Web3-to-life commerce platform that bridges digital assets and everyday spending. Through Dotmart, crypto holders use their digital assets to get gift cards, top-up cards, game cards, and other digital goods, turning on-chain value into real-world convenience. The platform serves crypto users globally, running its own e-commerce site alongside services on major exchange platforms.
The opportunity Dotmart saw was straightforward. Crypto is widely held as an asset, and the people holding it are looking for ways to spend it, yet very few merchants are set up to accept it for everyday purchases. Dotmart set out to close that gap, building a global e-commerce platform where Web3 users can spend their digital assets on everyday goods.
The challenge
Building the payment layer in-house meant solving several problems at once
Accepting crypto payments at scale is not a single piece of work. It spans several areas at once, each with its own demands. On the technical side, the platform has to integrate with multiple blockchains, manage wallets, and keep transactions reliable as volumes grow. On the compliance side, crypto regulations differ from one jurisdiction to the next and continue to change, which makes staying compliant while expanding globally a moving target. Security carries its own weight, since on-chain transactions cannot be reversed and the risk of fraud is constant. Each of these areas needs specialist expertise, and each needs to be maintained long after the system goes live.
Beyond all of that, the payment still has to feel simple to the person paying. Even when the infrastructure underneath works exactly as intended, a buyer who has to think about which chain to use, which network to select, or how much gas to leave for the transaction may give up before completing the purchase. Getting that experience right was the part Dotmart expected to find hardest, and it is the part buyers notice most.
“One of the hardest parts is designing a payment flow built on blockchain technology that still feels smooth and intuitive to the end user, bridging the gap between the technical complexity underneath and a seamless experience on the surface.”

The core problem: growth depended on coverage the team could not build quickly
Dotmart's growth depended directly on how many ways its users could pay, so every channel the platform did not support was a segment of buyers it could not serve. Building that coverage internally would have absorbed development capacity for months, and the resulting system would have needed constant engineering attention to keep pace with new chains and changing rules.
The solution
Comprehensive channel coverage through one integration, live in a week
Dotmart integrated with Paydify using a small development team, without diverting resources away from the rest of the business.
“The integration and onboarding experience was fast and efficient. With minimal development resources, we completed the entire integration within one week.”

Every major CEX and wallet through a single integration
Paydify accepts USDT and USDC across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Tron, Polygon, and more, covering major CEXs and DeFi wallets alike. Dotmart connected to all of them through one integration. Buyers pay from whichever exchange or wallet they already use, and Paydify handles everything behind the checkout.
Support that answered and resolved on the same day
Dotmart worked with a dedicated account manager backed by Paydify's technical team throughout the integration. Most issues were raised and resolved within the same day. Paydify's documentation was detailed enough for Dotmart's engineers to work through the build largely on their own.
“Throughout the process we had a dedicated one-on-one customer manager, backed by an experienced technical team. Any issues we raised were responded to the same day, and most were resolved within that same day.”

The results
Lower payment costs and more ways for users to pay
Dotmart now accepts stablecoin payments across a broad range of exchanges and wallets. Getting there required no new engineers, no compliance function, and no multi-chain infrastructure to maintain, because Paydify handles all of it on the merchant's behalf.
Lower transaction costs
Payment processing costs came down against what Dotmart was paying previously, reducing the cost carried on every sale across the platform.
A wider set of payment channels
Buyers are no longer limited to a small, specific set of payment options, and the wider choice across exchanges and wallets has contributed to the platform's growth.
“As our platform grew, we realised that supporting mainstream payment channels through in-house development would take significant time and effort. Paydify gave us payment infrastructure that is secure, easy to integrate, and built to support the business as it scales.”
