GATE TERMS
1. By signing this Agreement, you hereby agree to the Gate Privacy Policy at (https://www.gate.com/legal/privacy-policy).
2. Where the Merchant's monthly transaction volume surpasses USD$200,000 through the use of Gate Pay on the Merchant's Sites, the Mechant shall deposit and at all times maintain a minimum balance of USD$2000 equivalent value in Digital Asssets as per the prevailing exchange rates ("Guarantee Funds"), in the Gate Account.
